Legendary Florence Nightingale pioneered modern Nursing and there after Nursing became the backbone of the health industry world wide.Our Indian tradition and culture also emphasizes on service to mankind ie ' सेवा हि परम धर्म: ' A Nursing student needs to cultivate qualities such as compassion, empathy, alertness besides studying scientific Knowledge of Nursing., because a well trained and experienced Nurse is the right hand of every doctor and a supportive caretaker of every patient.
Deccan Education Society's Smt Subhadra Jindal college of Nursing aims to educate the
students with these qualities to be a confident and caring Nurse to serve the society. The
college has state of the art learning equipments and experienced teaching staff. The students
also have the opportunity for post graduation and research in the current era of
